Our 1 year old yorkie Sprite has started doing her business in the house on the new wool carpet I have in the living room. She's house trained and doesn't pee or poop on any of the other man-made fiber area rugs in the house or on the hardwood floors but she just seems to think this rug is her toilet....gross. I've used Nature's Miracle, vinegar, steam cleaned it 3 times now, but nothing seems to help. I'm going to steam clean it one last time and then put it away in defeat since I'm clearly not winning this battle
Since this carpet is 100% wool, do you think the scent is causing her to mark? Any advice would be appreciated. I have 2 other dogs that don't do this, so I'm confused.
