I am not attempting to change anything.
The words "I WIN" refer to a final situation which nothing can change this is basic English. If you run a race and finish first then you win or you are the winner. The race is over nothing can change your position.
If you run a race and during the race you are in the lead, then you are "WINNING" this can change right to the point were the race finishes.
Simple really.
