I think it’s important to have a good phone relationship with your vet and his staff. I call him all the time when I have questions, and he can tell me what to look for, and decide if I need to bring them in. When you paid for the microchip, you also paid for phone consultation concerning any symptoms, don’t be afraid to use this service. I personally think the vet should know about this, even if it's "nothing."
