Oh, and let me add this: to not trust a doctor or a vet does not come easy for most people. We tend to believe that they know best no matter what.
As in any profession, there are good and not so good vets. We just have to watch, listen and learn. Takes time......
I have gone along with vets in the past to only later look back with regret....but I try not to dwell on it. We do the best we can each day with what we have!
