Do you lie about the expense of your pup? Would you admit to how much you spend on them?

I have spent over $25,000 on my "special needs" pups (no I am not rich), but I long ago stopped discussing how much it cost for this surgery or that surgery etc., people would look at me like I was crazy or even tell me I was. Once in awhile someone will ask how much did that run you? I now answer with "why do you want to know?" or "way too much to talk about!!" I do say things like well my kids are grown and gone and this is what I have! lol

Honestly, sometimes I feel guilty when I come across people (through my job) that I know could benefit from the money, and even wish I could help...but then I realize the reality, these are my babies and I can do this because I've worked for it etc.,

Thats why I love YT I can talk freely about all aspects of my pups and aside from a 2x4 every now and again...!!! LOL
