You may want to do that with care and much research. Lots of people used to have blockages by giving their dogs Greenies. Some people still do. I would never give them to mine. Greenies claims they changed them and they no longer will cause blockages, but I'm not willing to risk my lil girl's life by giving them to her. If I give her anything, it has to be something safe and natural.
