The reason I chose Advantix is because it also repels against mosquitoes which is always a problem around here. We don't really have a problem with ticks. I didn't wait 3 days after I gave her a bath but I didn't see that listed anywhere on the directions but if it's true then that could be the reason. Then again, I also read that it's waterproof? I bought some Capstar today and gave her one pill so if there is in fact a flea or fleas on her then it should kill them. I plan on calling my vet to see if it's ok to apply the Advantix later on as well.
