A year ago today.... My precious angel was born.
A year ago today.... I reached out to YT for the very first time.
A year ago today.... I was so very worried and confused
A year ago today.... I thought there was no hope.....
A year ago today.... I prayed hard and cried alot.....

I cannot believe a year has passed! What a roller coaster of a year it has been!! Mack Brown has been such a blessing, a little angel. In the beginning, I asked for one more day....then I asked for one more week.... then one more month....and now dear Lord, I'm asking for one more year!

I have learned so very much in the past year from all the wonderful YT members. You have taught me such a great deal and I am so grateful to have found you!

My husband and I kiss him goodnight as he snuggles between us every night, and we both think the same thing....he survived, TWICE! Mack beat the odds surviving being born "blue",,,,he then beat the odds again after having parvo, after being immunized and cut open for exploratory surgery.. he won. And, I know how many wonderful YT members were rooting for him each time. I know God heard your prayers and answered them. And I thank you....

His eyes..Those beautiful eyes that for a few months were the color of the sky, then transformed into a beautiful sea green.... show me each and everyday how much he loves me.... his exceptional eyes show his little beautiful heart and his love....

Happy 1st Birthday Mack Brown..... I love you so very much!!! You have been such an amazing light in our lives. I am so very blessed to have you and will love you dearly each and every day that the Lord allows you to stay here with us. I will treasure each and every little kiss that you love to give. I will never take for granted your love and affection. I promise to be there for you always and forever.....
