Can a Yorkie Howl ? Yes, they can but mine really don't do a proper howl. Rubin howls when he hears a siren. It is really like a tiny child's voice straining to sound like a baritone opera star. He points his nose to the stars and squeaks Errrrrrrrrrr Errrrrrrrrrr. Ginny Joy kind of wooooo, woooos. I swear our lab snickers, shakes her head to clear out the strange sounds, then mighty wolf rumbles burst out of her, just like the scary howls we heard on old western movies.
