Yes...considered a
COLOR fault by a very small number of people who just so happens to hold the power over whether or not a parti yorkie can show. It is a fault in the show ring only. NOT with it's health, nor it's ability to be a very beautiful Yorkshire Terrier and most importantly...a happy, healthy family pet.
