Their starter kits are $71.46, and that includes the basics + 25 refills +USB charger. The eco-pure top up liquid 30 ml size is $23.82.
I personally top up these refill cartridges, just a few drops a time. I only change my refill cartridge once a week. The 30 ml top-up liquid lasts me approx. a month.
