Your pup is way too young to go out, but you can try walking one on each side of you, if she behaves, then she gets a treat, and so does the pup. That would be walking indoors.
Very good advice. When we first brought Kyra home Laddy snapped at her a couple times didn't bite but growled and snapped we corrected and crated him. After a couple times of that he would just go to a higher place she couldn't reach. Now they are doing great together. Like others told me...it takes time and patience. Oh and a very watchful eye.
