Yes he did, I have always loved him, he is so respectful & not like so many other actors. Alicia did a good job with having been crying just before & she was very emotional & trying so hard to hold back the tears. Seriously , there is no way I could have kept it together trying to sing during a time like this as you know when you sing it's emotional any ways.
