I'd like to think that this pup was rescued by a misguided well intended person who really couldn't afford to purchase the pup...

I despise Pet Shops that sell puppies. I am fully/well educated in this area and My Miss Mini is from a Major Pet Store in this area where as we speak a silent but large protest is taking place. I'm not sure I can say the name on here?? I was suppose to be there but I just am not well enough yet.
