Can you really say that when he stands with his head quivering non stop ??
Can you say that when he falls over and can not walk in a straight line ?
Can you say that when the other three will not have anything to do with him ??
If so, then yes, I have a normal happy healthy puppy so why the hell is the vet saying these things and why am I spending thousands on having him looked at ??
