Diamond has had several recalls. But they do make many foods of varying quality. Most of the recalls have been for the cheaper foods containing corn, etc. It is said that they use lower quality ingredients and source those ingredients from the cheapest sources they can. A lot of dogs do well on Chicken Soup or Taste of the Wild though. Taste of the Wild now has designated puppy formulas too, making it more appropriate for puppies than the regular formulas.
