I, too, just noticed that my Yorkie developed some flakes on her lower back. She didn't seem to be itchy or scratching the area. It does coincide with the use of a new shampoo and conditioner I used -- Pet Silk. Could this be just that I didn't rinse enough? I have to mention that I used the shampoo and conditioner full strength.

I did notice on the bottle that I could dilute both shampoo and conditioner with 1:6 ration. Do you follow this recommendation?

Thank you for your advice. I'm a very new Yorkie mommy, but a lifelong dog owner.
