I just got a response from the owner. She still has the dog and had a death in her family this week which is why she was slow to respond. She asked for my number and said she will call me after the funeral. We are flying out tomorrow for New Orleans and won't get back until Thursday. I can ask her if she can wait until I return unless someone can get him sooner.
