This is to advise that we anticipate entering a settlement agreement with Jan Reinhart d/b/a Tiny Darlings pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. 75-24-27(g) by the end of this month. This agreement will require Ms. Reinhart to make
full restitution to her customers; with scheduled restitution payments being made to this office which will then be distributed proportionately until everyone has been refunded in full. The settlement agreement will be enforceable in a court of law should it be breached. If, for some reason, we do not enter the settlement agreement then we may still proceed to trial.

I will provide more details once the agreement has been finalized.
