One thing that will help is giving only Gerber Pure Water. You can get this in gallon jugs at WalMart. It cuts down on the tearing considerably and quickly. IMO the main problem is keeping their hair out of their eyes which I find almost entirely impossible. The wetness can lead to yeast infections which is why cutting down on the tearing is so important, plus the skin can just break down under all that gunk!
