Wow, I am getting some very good information from everyone that I can pass on to my husband. He is going to sit down this weekend and read this thread. Thanks to everyone who has replied so positively. It will encourage my husband to quit smoking. I'm so glad many of you have quit smoking and have found something you can rely on to keep you cigarette free. Good luck to those of you who are trying. My husband is in the same boat.
