I did it by gently cupping her paw and both my hand and her foot in the soak. She was good about it, and we both sat on the couch together. (Had a towel and a blanket for spills.) But, your way looks much better.
Also, thank you everyone for the get well wishes. Piccolo hopes she can party with the best of all our pups soon.
