Good list, sounds like you are ready.
Agree I LOVE seeing a new owner prepare (I did not prepare so well).
One thing I would add is time to rearrange your life, it will change for the better when your new baby comes home. You will find that things you wanted to do before are no longer important if you can't involve your little Yorkie.
