Bijou came from a rescue as a baby. Her momma was turned in from a breeder who was going through a midlife crisis after her daughter moved out she turned like 25 yorkies in and some were pregnant. That's the story I was told, but after meeting the "foster" lady I just don't believe she wasn't the breeder. She was very rude to us and refused to show us any other dogs that were on the farm so I googled her after getting home and found ads where she claimed to be a yorkie breeder so I got help with another yorkie talker contacting Petfinders and the main rescue group. It was upsetting to think I supported that, but I feel better knowing we were able to expose her lies to the rescue and I have a sweet baby girl to love. Sorry not a quick and easy answer there.
