When I got Cali I had always only had 1 dog at a time for the resaons you state, I didn't want my other to be jealous. Well my pom is such a reclusive dog, hangs out under the bed all the time, I just decided to go get another Yorkie, I missed having one so bad. I am thrilled with having the 2. Cali is my little cuddle bug and Maya is well jusy Maya but I love her anyway. Yesterday when Maya was at the groomers it seemed weird to only have one dog in the house. I love it when I come home and there are 2 faces to greet me. My only problem is Maya is so old ( 9) And not into playing. I really would like another one for Cali to play with so you never know!
