Poor baby. I feel so sad for him. Like the OP said, you can see in his eyes that he doesn't understand. I have never seen a dog have a seizure so I thank you for the videos to educate those of us who don't know what a seizure looks like. I do hope the new dosage of pheno helps get his seizures under control soon. Prayers for you and your baby boy.
