I am sorry Rome is injured. I would ask my grandmother to help out with the vet bills. I am sure it is excruciating for him and it may be tiring for you but it sounds like your dog is in a lot of pain. I would look into care credit or call up family and take my dog in to a vet regardless. If that does not work I would turn him over to a rescue so he can get the care he needs. I am sorry you are having difficulties but ignoring an animal in pain is cruel. I just looked up Reno and low cost animal care and came up with this site. Please contact them and do further research to help Rome as you are his guardian.
