I do not have a Yorkie but.. i do have a maltese and he foamed at the mouth in two different ways... once was because he was sick.. and its was him throwing up... and another was when he drank his water too fast and ran around (this also sometimes happens after a bath when he licks too much of the water)... I'm not a doc but foam at the mouth depends... just keep a watchful eye on your baby.
