Work with her daily on grooming. Does she accept you brushing her? I would run a little clipper too to make sure she is accustomed to the noise and the feel when she goes to the groomer. You can pretend to clip with it.
Talk to her while you are working and praise her. I would do all of this while she is standing on a counter or tabletop (like the groomer), and not on your lap or the floor.
Familiarity and practice will enable her to accept the groomer. It won't happen naturally with age.
