I have had something like that happen to me with my dogs too. They just don't listen!! With Remy I told him NOT to cut the hair on her face.. and they shaved the hair between the eyes and the nose... hmmm what part of do not cut hair on her face was I not clear on???
I am thinking of learning how to groom the fur buts my self!!
