sometimes after a rough play they will inhale water which will make them honk...or some will just do it on occasion. If its not habitual I wouldnt worry. As far as the sneezing its unlikely kennel cough unless youve been taking them to public places like the pet store, groomer or park where they have contact with other animals. A yorkie can get a cold or the flu just like you and me simply from the cold weather many times it will clear up on its own. Take them to the vet if it becomes the rule not the exception.
