Whatever it is , it needs to be addressed as your baby cannot go on vomiting like this for much longer & I seriously doubt that this is a food allergy.

What tests have been completed?
Blood tests?
When she vomits is it her food, fluids, both?

Get to another Vet, this is NOT ok.
