Oh how terrible! I'm also a Mommy who does all the grooming myself so I can't relate, but I sure do hope they at least call you back. I would definitely go back and talk to the groomer though. They need to know they messed up, and hopefully that will help them to pay more attention to their job, so that another Mommy doesn't go through this.
