He is buying a house not their possessions. If it is the right house the clutter won't matter. When I was looking to buy I saw tons house all picture perfect but did not work for me. I wanted lots of closet space since I am a clothing horse. Even though I am single I wanted 3 bedrooms at least 12 x 12 each. No matter how many times I told the realtors which house I wanted to see they always added ones that would not work. The house I ended up buying I saw 3 times when it was between realtors. She had 3 little boys under 5 and her husband was a landscaper. There was dirt everywhere. The house was never put together for a picture perfect presentation. I knew what I would pay and if is was met to be it would be.
