I'm way up north in Huntsville. I agree and apparently the shelter realizes it. It almost sounds like he's in a foster home now. I know I don't have the available time to give this guy what he needs, but I wish I could do something to help him. The thing is that this is our city dog pound. It is definitely a kill shelter, but they sound like they really want to give this baby a chance. I wish I knew what to do.
