We like the fiber from the whole raw fruit/veggies, so we "vitamix" -
Fresh: Kale, Spinach, Parsley, Carrot, Celery, apple, orange, banana, 1/4 beet w/tops
frozen: strawberry, blueberry, (fresh/frozen) cranberry
We find that if we don't eat with protein source, we are VERY hungry in the next 30 minutes or so. We frequently have with grilled/baked meat for dinner. |
