Kind of sounds like some of them do! I sure hope it never happens to anyone again...they seem to have no idea what it's like for their customers trying to get the look and comfort for their babies that they want. Growing out faces and top knots is a challenge in itself 'cuz most of it is an 'awkward' stage for so long...but then to have it chopped off...and the dog has to go back through having hair in its eyes...too long and too short again.
