My Daughter in law was on vacation and took her Ellie in to a Petsmart in Florida as she has good luck with the Petsmart here. When she picked her up they had shaved all the hair off her ears. She was in tears in the middle of the store. It has taken over a year to grow back. Just when you think you can trust your pup to some ones care something like that happens.
