awww i feel so bad for you. i get upset when they take too much off of Brew as well. i was so shocked last time i picked him up with how much they cut. You are trying to do a good thing for them, and it turns out like that is very upsetting.
i hope you are able to get a hold of that groomer so you can express yourself to him.
