So sorry your grandmother is sick
Your grandmother would want you to enjoy your day. Try and spend as much time with her as possible this week. Maybe you could ask her what her favorite song is and have them play it at your wedding as a special tribute to her? Could you also try on your dress and have someone take a photo of you in it to show it to her? Or maybe try your dress on for her so she can see you as a bride? Miracles do happen so maybe your grandmother will be there on your day.
