I just read how my post came across and I apologize if I offended you! A lot of times people juice with protein, yogart etc. and can't figure out why they are gaining weight because they are eating and not using as a meal replacement. If you juicing with just fruits and veggies you are totally fine! The recipes I gave you are great for your juices purposes! Juicing is also really great for your digestive tract...and if you like blackberries use them they are a great antioxident. My fiance and I are big juicers. We have done everything from blueprint to jill pettijohn for cleanses to making our own juices at home. I find making juices at home are more cost effective and you can get really creative. Glad you are loving juicing! It is really great for your health!
