She was 5lbs. Are you putting them in the crate together? I've never flown two together but but know others that have and they put two in the same crate.
They usually won't allow you to fly your pet in cargo during extreme heat or cold. But I can't speak to any others as I've only ever put pets into cargo with British Airways, no other airline.
