Default 12wk old won't drink water since vet gave her IV for dehydration- intestine problem

My 12 week old Yorkie puppy will not drink water, has no desire. Barely eating food.
We took her to vet, she had diarea with blood in her stool.Vet says she has Gastrointitis. He took an xray to rule out a blockage, then gave her IV fluids to hydrate her. That was Thursday- today is Sunday.

Since he gave her the IV she has no desire to drink any water. She is on a diet of boiled chicken & rice pureed. She was drinking the chicken broth but not anymore. Barely eating now- we are forcing her to eat & trying to get water into her. She will eat the nutrical though..

She is also on oral antibiotic and pepcid ac.

Has anybody experienced anything like this, I am very worried & will def be calling the vet in the am. He told me Yorkies are prone to these type of illnesses.

Thanks
-Sue
