My only advice would be to keep being such a wonderful mommy to this special little lady. I can only imagine how difficult this is for you. Remember that you did something wonderful for this little one. I agree that it does sound as if her time is coming soon. As I understand it when they stop eating much and sleep as much as Tilly does that it is a sign that they are getting ready to pass on. You are taking such wonderful care of her and it is so clear that she is truly loved. That is all that a dog wants, to be loved and she is. There is no way to stop the passing of time and she is an older dog, when the time comes there really is nothing that you can do. Just keep loving her and when you need support remember that we are here for you.

God Bless you for taking in an older dog. You have given her the most precious gift that you can give a dog, a loving home.
