We have dealt with this for awhile with Kayla. Collasped Treachea is very serious. My vet will only do surgery as a last resort. We try to keep Kayla's weight down, which is important. We keep her cool and never let her get so excited she starts to have an attack if we can. We run a humidifer for her at night which really helps her breathing. Like Ladyjane said, you can massage their throat very easy up and down and try to get them to relax and it helps stop the attack. I know they must be so scared. THink how scary it is not to be able to get your breath or breathe and thats what they go through. Your vet can test her and see to what extint it is. Hope your baby does better, its scarey seeing them go through this. One of my friends lost her baby to CT.
