Not a problem! I have a lot of "tricks" but just do them instinctively...
disposable pee pads for the plane and airport bathroom (I use the family/handicapped bathroom because they are to remain in the carrier in the airport as well.)
I hide a treat at the bottom of her carrier to "find" mid flight.
if she gets upset usually giving her my bare foot through the mesh (if she is under the seat for take off or landing) helps to calm her
when I have to use the bathroom I hang her up in her carrier on the purse hook
