Your pup is way too young for free run of the house. It takes months of constant training before you can give a young dog free run. Just like if you are training for outside; you wouldn't let your puppy be unattended in the house.
When she is outside the exercise pen you need to be with her and keep her in the area of the pee pad. As she gets older and better at using it you can slowly extend her boundaries. |
