You need to reign in some of that space.
My 3 get the bathroom to run in when I'm not home and they can't go with me. When I am home, I use baby gates to keep them from unwanted areas. Although Allie is a year, they are still learning and its up to me to teach them
She needs to be caged or put in a pen where she has no choice but to use the pad.
