I am a new Yorkie mommy, mys on bought my little girl for me for Valentine Day. She was born on 12/14/11, her name is DG (short for daddyzgurl). she is learning how to use her puppy pads and she is super hyper

Being a new mommy I have a few questions:
1. The mother is registered but dad is not, what effect will that have on my lil one?
2. The breeders would not dock the puppies tails....should I or should I leave it long?
3. My little girls ears do not stand up, what should I do if anything?
4. At what age will her hair grow out and she will look like a true yorkie?
I am sure i will have more questions but i will stop here for now
