I broke my mixed dog of men aggression by having a friend lay or sit on the floor when he was over.
I also had him constantly blink when looking at him in the eye (Sign dogs give each other to show they aren't trying to be dominant).
He gave him treats and tossed the toy around here and there and he would sometimes lay flat on the floor too.
Now, my mix doesn't have so much problems with men. I had my mix since he was a baby so nothing traumatic happened, he just doesn't seem men a lot. |
